VPN Re-Key Attempts

Selects the number of attempts to negotiate a VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection, or a replacement for one, before giving up (see VPN Rekey Margin).  This selection applies to secure encryption for LTE Broadband data communications, and only for the current Data Profile.

When Secure Operation is set to "Hardware", and

when the Data Profile Type field is set to "Broadband-Only" or "Conventional & Broadband" or "Trunking & Broadband", and

when VPN Secure / Clear Strapping is set to "Secure", and

when the radio is model / option capable.
